We hosted four old AmEx co-workers for dinner. Hamburgers in the style of Vincent, a Restaurant. They turned out very nice. I decided to risk it and have one of the non-spelt kaiser rolls. Things seemed fine.
So we'll see... perhaps I just needed a gluten break? Perhaps I just need to dial down the intake?
I hate uncertainty.
